Office romance went to the top: Central Park lawyers’ bosses were also together, and one got a $100M move



A few Wachtell Lipton lawyers made headlines for office relationships. Senior partner Bill Savitt reportedly dated partner Sarah Eddy after separating from his wife. No firm rule was broken. 


Savitt just moved to Gibson Dunn with a reported $96M pay package and brought Eddy plus 4 others with him. 


Another pair, junior partner Nathaniel Cullerton and associate Kelsey Borenzweig, were filmed kissing in Central Park. Cullerton’s Gibson Dunn offer was pulled because of the power imbalance.


Savitt denies it was an affair. Gibson Dunn hasn’t commented.
